Artist Alley

Thank you for your interest in participating. Applications for the Artist Alley and the 18+ Art Dungeon sections are currently closed. The selection process will continue until June 15, 2026.

DRAWING, CRAFTING, CASTING, KNITTING, SEWING, DECORATING… CHECK!

ConCrunch is a great place for both aspiring and experienced artists, which is why we love to support them in their dreams and passions. If you are one of them and are interested in selling your creations in the traditional Artist Alley, applications for the 2026 edition will open on Wednesday, April 1st, 2026, right here!

This year, we are expanding with two brand-new art sections!

ART ROOKIES

A section focused on beginners who want to experience what it’s like to have a booth at festivals and show what they’ve got!
The registration deadline for this section is June 30th, 2026!

18+ ART DUNGEON

A section dedicated to fans of more suggestive and bold artistic styles, with a special location!

You can find the list of selected creators and guests from 2025 on the Artist Alley page.

What´s good to know?

Registration deadline

You can register only from April 1st, 2026 to May 31st, 2026. After that, registrations will be permanently closed and the selection process will begin. The selection process will take place until mid-June (from June 1st to June 15th, 2026). Every registered participant will receive a response no later than the end of this period.

Selection Process

  • The capacity of the Artist Alley is limited, and therefore we unfortunately cannot guarantee acceptance for all applicants.
  • You may request to be placed on a waiting list in case you are not selected. If a spot becomes available, we will contact you in time.
  • Participants will be selected based on several criteria such as originality, quality, and content suitability. The overall diversity of the Artist Alley offering will also be taken into account.
  • All applications will be evaluated impartially and professionally.
  • The order in which your registration forms are submitted will have no influence on the final selection. There is no need to worry about timing.

Packages

When choosing the right package, please keep in mind that the number of available “Double” spots is limited, and we cannot guarantee assignment to all applicants. If you are also interested in a “Single” package in case Double spots are already filled, please select both options. You will only be invoiced for the package you are assigned, not both.

Table Sharing

Unfortunately, table sharing will not be available for the 2026 edition. However, if you wish to include items from a colleague, they must not exceed 20% of the total assortment at your booth. All items must meet the same requirements as those of other Artist Alley participants. Full responsibility lies with the table owner.

Table Sizes

This year, the full table dimensions are 120 × 80 cm.

Prohibited Content

It is forbidden to sell or present works that are:

  • of a controversial nature (hate content, political or religious conflicts, etc.)
  • not the intellectual property of the artist (including 3D printed models)
  • generated using AI tools / artificial intelligence*
  • created by tracing (including tracing AI-generated content)

A special exception applies to content unsuitable for children and minors (R18+), including socially controversial works that are still acceptable from an artistic perspective. Such works may not be visibly displayed but may be sold after review and agreement with the Artist Alley team and after implementing agreed special measures, such as a catalog accessible only upon request to persons over 18 years of age. This catalog may be available at the booth, but both the catalog and the artworks must be properly censored so they are not visible to visitors under 18. If your booth is primarily focused on 18+ content, please consider applying to the 18+ ART DUNGEON section, where works can be presented without censorship.

Permission to display and sell content is subject to approval by the Artist Alley organizing team. Specific works may be rejected without explanation, and the sale of products violating the rules may be stopped.

Exhibitors/sellers are responsible for complying with copyright laws regarding branded content.

*AI: If a participant is suspected of using AI tools to generate artwork, the organizers reserve the right to request proof of manual creation without the use of artificial intelligence.
